PLARAD XVR / XVK / LTX manual torque multipliers

PLARAD torque multipliers are an ideal solution for bolt tightening, loosening or checking bolt tightness wherever powered units can’t be used or where manual methods are preferred or easier to use. The Plarad manual torque multipliers effortlessly deliver up to 8,600 Nm of torque.

The range of multipliers included LTX lightweight aluminium with built-in protection against overloading
and XVR steel versions with safety reverse stop system. Manual Multipliers are operated using calibrated adjustable hand torque . Controlled tightening, loosening or checking of bolts and wheel nuts with A/F 19mm to 75mm.

FSX Hexagonal Drive Hydraulic Torque Wrench

Plarad hexagonal drive torque wrenches provide up to 65,000 Nm of torque output. PLARAD FSX is the fastest turbo torque tool on the market – three times faster than normal depending on the joint, Torsion-resistant, compact, lightweight titanium body ensures long, reliable, cost-effective service and delivers up to a 70 percent weight saving.

Fine-splined torque transmitting parts such as the ratchet and ratchet head attain the selected torque with maximum precision, Patented linkage makes piston and ratchet separate and automatically reconnect in the event of sudden bolt loosening shocks. Plarad DPA/DPM Pneumatic Torque Wrench

PLARAD DPA/DPM high-speed turbo torque tools work up to three times faster than normal (depending on the joint) all tools offer full torque up to 6800 Nm in both forward and reverse gears with optional manual and automatic speed change versions available.

Tools are manufactured from Lightweight titanium construction makes providing light weight and fatigue-free in use The Fully rotating safety link between drive and output means zero reaction forces are transmitted to the user: no jolting, side knocks, crushing or joint fatigue. Quite operation with noise levels of 77 dB or below.
