The TC 1500 bar range of Hydraulic bolt tensioning tools are available in standard sizes from M20 to M100 (or inch equivalents) with operating pressures up to 1500 bar. Additional custom tools operating at pressures up to 2500 bar can also be supplied. 
Hydraulic tensioning nuts are designed to replace conventional nuts where practical, they offer an ideal solution to bolted joints that require regular break out for maintenance, or applications were accurate pre-loads are required. Both top and bottom locking ring type nuts are available as standards with specials designed and manufactured as required. 
Hand operated hydraulic tensioning pump provide the simplest means of providing power to your tensioners, lightweight and easy to use available in two reservoir sizes and pressures up to 2400 bar. Hand pumps are supplied with quick connect CJEN couplings and easy to read pressure gauge. 
The ATP range of Air operated Hydraulic tensioning pumps are the ideal solution for multiple bolt tensioning. Pump units can be used with oil for tensioners or water for hydro-static testing, all power packs are colour coded to related pressure and available in 3 models. 
Colour coded accessories ensure your high pressure tensioning system includes all the correct components for operation, simple visual indication relating to the pressure rating for T-pieces, adaptors, couplings and splitter manifolds.
Colour coded high pressure hoses complete your tensioning system and are available in various lengths from 1mtr. All hoses are manufactured from multi spiral high pressure flexible hose and colour coded to their pressure rating. All hoses are supplied with self sealing quick release couplings.
